my #5 naira today
the #5 naira I use to see as a gold yesterday is like nothing today. the #5 naira that feed me, buy me garri and a change to drink water and take some dessert seizes to do that for me today. The #5naira that pay my school fees, took my children to school yesterday seems impossible today. That #5naira was used for my health and other services but today I have to hike to mountain Everest to hawk for it
in our lives today with respect to money, its either you work for money as an employee or as a self-employed, or in the other side where you make money work for you. Growing in a community where money is a thing that has to be struggled for, we always note these word “inflation”, and commodities get more high and higher than my #5 naira. Gradually my money has no use and less value and rather it seems out of stock.
The most painful thing Is that when tend to complain a lot of people say I am jobless and the government has done its part its remaining ours. While other will say we always tend to rely on the government!!
But is that fair, have I done wrong if I call on the government?
