In the 21st century going to school is
a basic necessity and right for all children. The School and the education
system today need a shift and should be more than a place where we learn how to
read and write, because there is a lot that is required Even as a basic
requirement i.e. outside the classroom.The meaning and the need for change in
the systemWhen I mention a change I mean a shift in the system Where we will
have independent students, creative students and those who can think outside the
box, entrepreneurs, students that creates job instead of those sitting to be
employed, students whose research is not a waste, students who will develop
their country and a lot more.A shift in the system where our parents will not
die of heart attack and agonies seeing their children not participating or
contributing in any activity of national development talk less of family
development.A shift in the system which will reduce unemployment among we the
youthful students.A shift in the system where each student will have a quality
education and will have the freedom to be who he/she wants to be.A system that
prepare the student for tomorrow and for a journey outside the classroom, where
students are given life again and can use their hands to craft things of
wonders. A change in the system where we will graduate with our certificate and
our skills in our hands.A shift and change in the system where we the student
will not feel sorry because we went to school or because we don’t have a job.
Lastly going to school does not determines your success and vice versa. a school
is not the only place to learn now a day there are online solutions and other
programs but to be sincere going to school is very vital.The world is so big and
full with oppurtunities, no matter where you are.
